Owners

The Nordic Leisure Travel Group was established in October 2019 by a consortium consisting of Altor, Strawberry and TDR Capital which acquired the Nordic tour operating business in connection with the Thomas Cook bankruptcy forming the NLTG Group as it is known today.

The ultimate parent company of the NLTG Group is NLTG HoldCo AB, with its registered office in Stockholm, Sweden. NLTG HoldCo AB is in turn owned by the following parties: 

• 19.87 % by Altor Fund V (No. 1) AB (559171-3663), Sweden,
• 19.87 % by Altor Fund V (No. 2) AB (5591166-9709), Sweden
• 39.73 % by Strawberry Equities AS (916711662), Norway
• 19.87 % by TDR Capital Nominees Ltd (07408906), United Kingdom 
• 0.66 % by NLTG MipCo AB (559306-2853), Sweden
