The Nordic Leisure Travel Group was established in October 2019 by a consortium consisting of Altor, Strawberry and TDR Capital which acquired the Nordic tour operating business in connection with the Thomas Cook bankruptcy forming the NLTG Group as it is known today.

Altor is a one of Swedens most well-known private equity firms, focused on leveraged buyout and growth capital investments in the Nordics and the DACH region. Some other notable investments include the clean tech company Aira and the Rossignol ski brand.

Strawberry Group Strawberry Group is a family-owned investment company, with a portfolio consisting of real estate, asset management, art and design, as well as being one of the leading hotel operators in the Nordics. The company was founded by Petter Anker Stordalen.

TDR Capital is a British private equity company based in London founded in 2002, with over 15 billion in assets under management.

The ultimate parent company of the NLTG Group is NLTG HoldCo AB, with its registered office in Stockholm, Sweden. NLTG HoldCo AB is in turn owned by the following parties:

• 39.74 % by Altor Fund V (No. 1 and No. 2) Sweden
• 39.73 % by Strawberry Equities AS, Norway
• 19.87 % by TDR Capital Nominees Ltd, United Kingdom
• 0.66 % by NLTG MipCo AB (NLTG Senior Management), Sweden
