Sunclass Airlines
Sunclass Airlines is the largest charter airline in the Nordics with more than 60 years in the industry. We have an integrated business model where the tour operators, the airline and the hotel operations in NLTG, are fully integrated, giving our guests the best weeks of the year.
Every year over one million guests fly with Sunclass on holiday. We fly from 7 Nordic base airports and 23 regional Nordic airports to destinations in the Mediterranean, Thailand, Egypt, Bulgaria and Eastern Atlantic Ocean.
Our more than 1,000 staff is based in the Nordic countries as well as Spain and UK. Our guests give us very high ratings when they evaluate their overall experience of their trip with Sunclass Airlines. On a five-point scale, the rating ended up at 4.34 out of 5 in 2025, which is way above most of the other charter airlines that we are using. This is thanks to our fantastic service-minded crew.
By being an integrated part of Nordic Leisure Travel Group, Sunclass Airlines has, together with the tour operators in the group, continuously developed the service offering based on customer insights from its mutual guests. One good example of this is the Easy Travel concept, where guests at NLTGs own concept hotels can check in their luggage already at the hotel.

Fleet renewal
Sunclass Airlines is replacing its entire fleet, with the plan to invest in new and significantly more fuel-efficient aircrafts in the coming years. At Sunclass Airlines, a modern neo aircraft uses up to 22% less fuel per passenger kilometer compared to the older generation ceo aircraft. Neo is the modern and most fuel-efficient version of the A321 and A330 aircraft models. The fuel savings depend on the aircraft type, passenger load factor and season. And by 2030, our entire fleet will be upgraded with new, more efficient neo aircraft. Our fleet consists of 12 Airbus aircraft and will by the end of the year consist of 6 new neo aircraft:
Our fleet
- 6 pcs. A321 (medium-haul 212 passengers)
- 3 pcs. A321neo (medium-haul 218 passengers)
- 2 pcs. A330-900neo (medium-/long-haul 385/373 passengers) – a 3rd aircraft will be added from summer 2026.
- 1 pc. A330-300 (medium-/long-haul 396/388 passengers) – will be replaced with the new A330-900neo summer 2026.
