Magnus Wikner
Chief Executive Officer
Background:
Has worked within Ving and Nordic Leisure Travel Group on several occasions since 1985, including as Marketing Director at the then Vingresor, Marketing Director for Ving Group and Brand Director for MyTravel Northern Europe. Between 2002 and 2006, Magnus was Marketing Director at McDonald's, and from 2006 at ICA Sweden, first as Marketing Director and then as Marketing Director. Started again at Ving in 2011 as CEO in Sweden and Brand Manager for Thomas Cook Northern Europe. Since November 2013, Magnus has been CEO of Nordic Leisure Travel Group (formerly Thomas Cook Northern Europe).
Maria Tullberg
Director Resorts & Hotels
Background:
Maria has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing. She has dedicated most of her working life to the hotel industry and joined Nordic Leisure Travel Group in December 2021.
Of Maria's 25 years in the industry, most of that time has been spent in senior positions within, among others, Scandic Hotels and Radisson Hotel Group. Maria also has international experience and has been, among other things, Hotel Director in Dubai for Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek, where she was awarded the "General Manager of the year 2016" award by Hotelier Middle East. Maria most recently came from the role of Cluster General Manager with responsibility for Stockholm Waterfront, Waterfront Congress Center and Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel.
Camilla Everberg
Chief Sales, Marketing & Digital Experience
Background:
Camilla has a degree in economics and has over 20 years of experience in marketing, communication, business development and e-commerce. After many years on the consumer product side and several senior Nordic roles in marketing and innovation in various companies, she changed industries and started as Channel & Business Area Manager at Bonnier Broadcasting/TV4 Group.
Camilla joined NLTG on March 6, 2023 and most recently came from the role as Head of Marketing, Communication and E-com at Elgiganten, one of Sweden's largest retail players (known in Norway as Elkjøp, in Finland as Gigantti and in Denmark as Elgiganten).
Per Knudsen
Chief Financial Officer
Background:
Trained in the banking sector and has worked as a stockbroker/investment manager. Started his employment in the Spies Group in 1992, which is now an integrated part of the Nordic Leisure Travel Group. Per has held several senior positions within Group Finance and was appointed CFO in August 2013. In 2016, Per took on the role of CEO of the group's airline - Sunclass Airlines. From January 2020, Per is back in the role of the group's CFO.
Erica Wallin
Chief Information Officer
Background:
Erica Wallin has a Master of Science degree in ship engineering, supplemented by studies in IT management. For most of her working life, she has held various leading roles in IT development, as a consultant in banking and finance, among other areas. In 2019, Erica joined Nordic Leisure Travel Group and held the role of Head of Development. Since February 2022, Erica has held the role of CIO.
Fredrik Wessel
Human Resources Director
Background:
Fredrik joined the company directly after graduating with a degree in economics in 1993. He started in the international organization and has also held functions in product, information and destination operations. Fredrik has spent most of his time working in Human Resources, including training, salary & rewards and organizational development. Since 2019, Fredrik has been Nordic HR Manager.
Stefan Lincoln
Commercial Director
Background:
Started as a guide in Rhodes in 1993 and worked abroad for seven years, ending as a destination manager in Gran Canaria. Then worked as a purchasing manager for hotels and was operations manager at several different destinations between 2000 and 2006. During the period 2006 and 2014, Stefan was Commercial Director for Ving Sweden and has been head of the group function Product & Yield since 2014.
Søren Græser Damgaard
Director Dynamic Packaging
Background:
Worked in the travel industry for over 25 years, with several management positions in Retail, Wholesale and Supply. Started at Nordic Leisure Travel Group in 2008 as Business Development Manager for Dynamic Packaging, after the sale of his own TravelTech company Travelwire. Since 2017 responsible for Nordic Leisure Travel Group Complementary.
Valdemar Warburg
Managing Director Sunclass Airlines
Background
Valdemar Warburg took office on January 1, 2023. He has more than 15 years of experience in business development, aviation, shipping and logistics – and is therefore an experienced profile. Valdemar comes from a position as Vice President of the Nordic business unit at the Nordic ferry and logistics company, DFDS, where he was responsible for an operation with 550 employees in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Baltics and Ukraine.
Before that, Valdemar was an Associate Partner at McKinsey, where he worked with the aviation industry for nine years. He therefore has extensive knowledge of aircraft operations from several airlines in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Valdemar is also a passionate aircraft enthusiast and is based at the Sunclass office in Copenhagen.
Jan Vendelbo
Director Country Management
Background
Jan started in 1985 as an Airguide in the Spies Group, which is now part of the Nordic Leisure Travel Group. After working for several years abroad, including as regional manager for Spain, the USA and the Caribbean, he returned home and has since held leading roles in, among other things, hotel contracting, destination operations, sales, communications and marketing.
In 2011 he became CEO of Spies. Today, Jan is also responsible for Country Management in the Nordics, including the areas of Communications, Public Affairs and the Group's Customer Center.
