LiveEz Hotels

LiveEz are smaller, personal hotels in great locations – often within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the beach. In addition to a good location, these are hotels with a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

The concept is specifically designed for adults (16 years and above).

We aim to create a personal connection between guests and staff without it feeling intrusive, something we have considered carefully when developing the concept. For example, there is always a lounge with background music, board games, and comfortable furniture for relaxation and quiet conversation. Here you can enjoy a drink at the bar, sit down with a good book, etc.

A few times a week there are small, low-key activities – such as the Hotel Manager’s Cocktail, mellow entertainment, wine tastings, cooking sessions with local influences, creative moments, or short talks. What is offered may vary between hotels and is always intended to feel simple and without pressure. There should be lovely pool areas with comfortable sunbeds and space for everyone. The feeling should be easy holiday days without activities or obligations, and pool and beach towels will be available.

The concept was launched in January 2026, and the first hotel will open just in time for the summer season this year. It is LiveEz Prive Side Suite & Spa, in Side, Türkiye. More hotel openings are in the plan.
